FAQs

Your questions answered...

How will I receive my final logo files?

The product you are purchasing is a customised logo design which will be supplied to you in a digital file format (eg. PNG, JPEGS and EPS files) and sent to you via email. Your customised logo will be provided to you in both black, white and colour variations.

How will I receive my signature colours and fonts?

You will know your colour values (eg. RBG, CMYK and HEX colours) from the brand styleguide that we will provide in a PDF format. All fonts used in every kit are free with a commercial license so you can use them on any marketing collateral.

What is included in the brand guidelines?

We will provide your signature colours in various colour values and explain when to use RGB or CMYK or HEX colours. There will also be a page on how to use your fonts, similar to how we’ve shown it in one of the images above.

Are they restrictions on how I use my files?

Once you have received your final files you can use them as you see fit (eg. you may use your final logo and colours on your website, or on any marketing collateral).

Will I receive a physical product?

You will not receive a physical print product from us.

Can I make changes to the logo, fonts and design?

Due to the nature of the product, only minimal customisations are possible (eg. your brand name and logo colour selection (if you choose to). Fonts, design and layout cannot be changed.

If you really want changes, please make an inquiry and we’ll let you know our customisation rates.

What is the process to let you know my brand name and colours?

After you’ve purchased a kit, you will receive a briefing form. The form will ask you a list of questions for us to get started on customising your logo. This is where you’ll let us know your brand name and colours.

How long will it take to get my final logo and files?

Once a briefing form has been submitted please allow 3–4 days for us to customise your logo, create your logo files and create your brand guidelines.

Can I use the name you’ve come up with?

We’ve made up these names with the idea of it being updated with your current business name. We would recommend researching if the name has already been registered or trademarked and doing some research to see if it’s possible.
